Managing a cleaning team comes down to three questions every morning: who is free today, who is already booked, and who actually arrived. CleanX answers all three on one screen and will not let you assign a cleaner who is not available.
The day a cleaning business gets a second cleaner, the job changes
Cleaning alone, your schedule lives in your head. Add one cleaner and it does not, and the failure mode is specific: you promise a client Friday at one, and only later remember that the cleaner you had in mind does not work Fridays, or is already at another house until half past two.
CleanX will not let that happen. When you book a job, only cleaners who work that day and are free at that time appear. Anyone unavailable still shows, with the reason: does not work Fridays, took this date off, already booked ten to half twelve. You can override it when you genuinely need to, but you override it knowingly rather than discover it on Friday morning.
Knowing who arrived, without calling anyone
Cleaners check in from their phone when they reach the house. The home screen shows who has arrived and who has not, with the client, the city and the start time beside each name.
If a cleaner is ten minutes past their start with no check in, CleanX emails them a reminder with a link that opens directly to the check in for that job. You are not the one chasing it.
What each cleaner can and cannot see
A team member sees their own jobs, the calendar, their checklist and their profile. They do not see your client list, your prices, your payments or your reports. The person cleaning a house does not need to know what you charged for it.
If you want a senior cleaner to quote work on your behalf, there is a setting for exactly that, and it stays off until you turn it on.
Adding someone takes one email. They tap a single Accept invite button and their account is created for them, with no form to fill in. Then they get their own short walkthrough showing where their jobs are and how to check in.
How to manage a cleaning team in CleanX
